Do I need to choose a route manually for every website with Smart Routing?
Set rules by destination so matching traffic uses a designated international route, while local websites stay on the local network. When you first start, check the rules for your usual websites and apps. You only need to adjust a rule if your needs change or the connection isn’t working as expected.
When does monthly plan data reset?
Monthly plan data resets on the day you subscribe. ¥9.9/month includes 60GB, ¥18/month includes 250GB, and ¥28/month includes 500GB. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Choose an allowance based on how much data you actually use on international routes.
How do data packages differ from monthly plans?
Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Choose from ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, or ¥658/3000GB. Monthly plan data resets on the day you subscribe. If your usage varies, compare both options to see which fits your routine.
Can I use the service on multiple devices at the same time?
Yes. VPNPH supports unlimited devices online at once and works with Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Set up the client on each device for its operating system, then check the rules and connection status for your usual destinations.
What should I do if the service doesn’t meet my needs?
