Start with your login details
Create an account
Open the VPNPH account creation page, choose a username and password, and follow the prompts. VPNPH does not require an email address. Keep your login details somewhere safe: you’ll use the same user panel to view plans, get your subscription, and manage orders. Already have an account? Go to the login page from the navigation instead of creating another one.
Once you’re in the panel, make sure you’re viewing your account overview, then go to the plans section. Creating an account only gives you access to the panel; it doesn’t activate a subscription. Your client needs the subscription details for an active service before it can show available international servers. If you’re still on the login page or can’t find the plans section, first check that you’ve successfully signed in. Don’t try to enter server details manually in the client.
This is also a good time to decide which devices you’ll use. VPNPH supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, with no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time. You don’t need to create another account when switching devices. Import the subscription for your account on each device, and use the user panel as the source of truth for managing your service.
Open the account pageChoose a plan that fits your data usage
Choose a plan and complete your order
Open the plans section in the user panel. Decide whether you prefer a monthly plan or a data package you can use at your own pace. Monthly plans are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. For less predictable usage, compare the data packages: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. Data packages never expire. The key is to choose the reset schedule that suits your usage, not simply the plan with the biggest number.
After choosing a plan, review the price, data allowance, and billing method again on the order page, then follow the payment steps shown. VPNPH supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. The payment options available for your order are shown on the current order page. Once payment is complete, return to your account overview and confirm that your service details have been updated before getting your subscription. Don’t assume an order is active just because you closed the payment page or still see old servers in your client.
If you later upgrade your monthly plan, the price difference is converted into remaining service days. Check the order details in the panel before making changes. VPNPH offers a 14-day no-questions-asked refund. To compare prices and data allowances before choosing, see the plans and pricing page, then return to the panel to continue.
Go to plansGet your configuration from the account panel
Get your subscription details
After logging in, open the account overview and check that your service is active. Then find the subscription or client import option. The subscription details let your client load the server list; they’re different from the website address and your account password. Choose the import method for your client, or copy the subscription link provided in the panel and add it in the client.
Your subscription link provides access to your account. Paste it only into the subscription section of a client you use. Don’t post it publicly or enter it into a search engine. If the client offers options such as “Import from clipboard” or “Add by URL,” choose the one that matches the content provided by the panel. If the panel can open the client directly, follow the prompt to do so. The client usually needs time to load the configuration after import; importing doesn’t connect you automatically.
When setting up multiple devices, import the subscription separately on each one. If the subscription is empty or doesn’t match what you see in the panel, return to the account overview and check your service status, then refresh the subscription in the client. Don’t build a link yourself or look for unofficial replacement configurations. The next section covers where to find the import option on each platform.

Import your subscription by platform
Check the client section in the user panel for the client and import instructions for your device. Get both the client and your subscription through the panel; this guide doesn’t provide standalone installers or ready-to-use subscription links. In the client, look for subscription management, configuration management, or an add option. Don’t start by manually adding servers. Once the import is complete and the server list appears, move on to the final section to test your connection.
Import on desktop
Choose the appropriate Windows client in the panel and follow the installation instructions. Open the client and find the add option under “Subscription” or “Configuration,” then import the subscription from the panel. If the client supports direct import, you can also select that option in the panel. Wait for the server list to appear, then make sure the selected configuration is the subscription you just imported. Some clients require you to refresh manually. If the list hasn’t changed, refresh it instead of creating duplicate configurations.
Import from the menu bar
Find the macOS client in the panel. Once it’s open, look for “Subscription” or “Configuration” in the main window or menu bar. Add the subscription from the panel, wait for the servers to load, then select a configuration. If the client requests permission to configure network settings, review the system prompt and approve if appropriate. Granting permission only lets the client establish a connection; you still need to select a server and connect in the client.
Import on mobile
Follow the Android client instructions in the panel and open the recommended client. In most clients, you can start from the add button on the home screen or the subscription manager. Choose URL import or the matching option provided by the panel. After importing, refresh the list, select a server, and connect. When Android first asks for VPN connection permission, make sure the request comes from the client you’re using before approving it. If the connection drops after switching apps, check your device’s background activity and battery settings.
Import on mobile
Read the iOS client instructions in the panel, then open the recommended client and find the import option under subscriptions or configurations. After adding the subscription, wait for it to update and make sure available servers appear in the list. Then return to the client’s home screen and select a server. The first time you connect, iOS may ask to add a VPN configuration. Check the app name in the system prompt before approving. If the client still shows as disconnected when you return, tap its connect control. An imported configuration isn’t an active connection.
On Linux, find the platform instructions in the client section of the panel. Clients may use different button names, but the steps are the same: get your subscription, import the configuration, refresh the server list, select a server, and connect. If the import format doesn’t match, check that you chose the import option for your client in the panel. Don’t modify the subscription to see if it works.
Check your connection and routing rules
Connect and test split tunneling
Choose a server suited to what you want to access, then connect. Check that the client reports a successful connection, then visit the international website you intended to use and make sure it loads. A status change in the client alone doesn’t confirm that traffic is being routed as expected. VPNPH uses smart routing to select a route based on the destination, so also visit a commonly used local website and confirm it still uses your local network as expected.
If a website still won’t load, check that the client is using the right subscription and server, then refresh the subscription and reconnect. If the problem affects only a specific destination, check its routing rule. If nothing loads, start by checking the client’s connection status and system permissions. Change one setting at a time and repeat the test to pinpoint what made a difference.
Once you’ve tested the connection, keep an eye on the client’s selected configuration and make sure the subscription stays up to date. When setting up a new device, return to the panel’s client section and repeat the import and connection steps.
