After an order is placed, this service retains the plan, order status, payment result, and necessary transaction records associated with the account. These records support subscription delivery, account reconciliation, and after-sales requests. Monthly subscription traffic balances and traffic package usage also appear in the account. This usage data is used to calculate entitlements and is not the same as website browsing records.

The website may collect page visit analytics to check whether pages load properly, assess how easy it is to find entry-point content, and improve the site structure. Analytics serve a different purpose from account and order data and are not used to create a personal browsing history.

No-Logs Policy and Connection Data

VPNPH follows an anonymous no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users access through international routes or retain connection logs that could reconstruct individual browsing activity. Subscription status and traffic usage needed to operate the service are used to calculate account entitlements; they do not include the content of visited pages or a list of their addresses.

The no-logs policy covers browsing activity over cross-border connections; it does not mean that account, order, and necessary usage data do not exist. Keeping these categories distinct helps users understand what information is involved in account features and connection privacy.

Cookies and Local Storage

The website and user panel may use cookies or browser local storage to retain login status, interface preferences, and information needed to run pages. This allows users to continue using account features as they move between pages. These storage items are not used to record browsing activity over international routes.

Users can clear cookies and local storage through their browser settings. After clearing them, login status or saved interface preferences may be lost, and users may need to log in again or make their selections again. Restricting browser storage may also affect features that rely on login status.

Payment Processing and Third Parties

This service receives the payment result needed to confirm an order and updates account entitlements accordingly. Order records may be linked to payment results to reconcile payments or handle disputes. This service does not provide payment services with a list of websites users access through international routes, because such a list is not part of the connection records VPNPH retains.

Data Retention and Deletion

Account and subscription information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service, verify entitlements, and handle user requests. Order and transaction records may be retained longer for account reconciliation, dispute resolution, or applicable requirements. When no longer needed, they will be deleted or de-identified. Users manage browser local storage in the browser they use.

To review, correct, or request deletion of account-related information, users can submit a request after logging in through the ticket section of the user panel. Account ownership may need to be verified before a request is handled to prevent action by someone else. If some order records are still needed for pending reconciliation or dispute resolution, VPNPH will explain what cannot be deleted immediately and why.

VPNPH may revise this policy if service features, data handling practices, or applicable requirements change. The updated text will be published on this page, and the last-updated information at the top will be changed.
