Connection experience
Check route type during peak hours
When more people are online in the evening, you may care more about consistent connections for opening pages, loading meeting materials, or streaming video. VPNPH offers IEPL, relay, and direct routes, so you can choose based on the destination instead of sending every app through the same path. Performance can also depend on your network, the destination service, and time of use. If the experience changes, adjust the relevant rule in your client and test it with your actual tasks.

Privacy
Anonymous service, no logs—with rules in your hands
Anonymous service with no logs is VPNPH’s service policy. Routing rules direct destinations that need an international connection through the appropriate route, while local traffic can stay on the local network to avoid unnecessary path changes. You can review which destinations match each rule and which routes they use, then adjust your connections to suit your privacy needs. See the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for details about account information and how the service works.

Using your devices
No need to take turns on your devices
VPNPH supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, with unlimited devices online at once. Keep your own connection and rules on each device—use a computer for work, a tablet for documents, and another device for streaming. System permissions and background behavior vary by platform. After installation, check that websites use the expected routes on each device. If a connection drops after sleep, start by checking the system’s network and power-saving settings.

Use cases
Choose a dedicated route for AI tools
When using ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI tools, you can create a separate rule for each destination and choose a route based on how it connects to that service. This lets you change the route for AI tools without affecting local websites or other apps. Account requirements, regional policies, and available features are determined by each service. A network route only handles the connection path; it cannot grant account access.

Streaming
Choose a streaming route by content region
Video services differ in their catalogs, playback policies, and regional requirements. Add streaming destinations to their own rules so you can choose a suitable region and route type without changing your everyday browsing rules. Playback availability also depends on the platform’s subscription, regional licensing, and current route performance. Check the platform’s requirements before choosing a route; if playback is unstable, try changing the route for that destination.

Test the experience before deciding to keep your plan
VPNPH offers a 14-day refund policy. To evaluate the service, test the rules, route choices, and connections across your devices with the websites and apps you actually use—not just how one page loads once. Monthly subscriptions and data packages are billed differently, so check when data resets and how each package works before choosing. See the Terms of Service for the refund process and full terms.
